General Conditions

mprclothingco.com is operated by MPR Clothing Co. (“we”, “us”), an online made-to-order business. Orders are open to buyers aged 18 and over; where local law sets a higher age of majority, that higher age applies. You agree to supply accurate contact, billing and delivery details and to keep them current for open orders.

Products & Orders

Each product is printed for your order by a production partner after payment. Listing images are rendered previews, so the finished piece may differ a little in print position and shade. The confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if the item cannot be produced, a price was posted in error, or the payment looks unauthorized.

Pricing & Payments

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars. Payment is collected through PayPal at checkout, as set out on our Payment Methods page. We may adjust prices without notice. A paid order keeps the price shown at its checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Our Shipping Policy sets out delivery estimates and rates. An estimate describes typical timing; it is not a delivery commitment. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier delivers to the address entered at checkout. Recipients outside the United States pay any import duties and taxes.

Returns & Refunds

Claims for faulty, damaged, wrong or lost items follow our Returns & Refunds policy, which sets a claim window of 30 days from delivery. Changes and cancellations follow our Cancellation Policy.

Intellectual Property

Text, layout and graphics created for this site belong to MPR Clothing Co. Third-party names, logos or trademarks shown on this site are owned by the companies or people they identify, and showing them implies no endorsement by, or partnership with, those owners. If you believe a listing uses your copyrighted work or your trademark without permission, please use the reporting steps on our DMCA Policy page.

User Conduct

When using this site you agree not to:

• pay with a card or account you are not authorized to use;
• probe, disrupt or try to bypass site security or the checkout;
• copy or scrape site content in bulk, or resell it;
• send spam or harmful code through the contact form.

Limitation of Liability

To whatever extent the law permits, the most we owe on any claim connected with an order is the sum you paid for that order. Losses that are indirect, incidental or consequential fall outside our liability, as do delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather or other events beyond our control. Consumer protections that the law makes non-waivable stay in place, whatever this page says.

Governing Law & Disputes

These terms fall under the law of the U.S. state in which MPR Clothing Co. is organized, plus applicable U.S. federal law. Before starting any formal claim, email [email protected] and give us the chance to resolve the problem directly.

Changes to These Terms

These terms are effective as of November 7, 2026. We may revise them; the revised version applies from the date shown at the bottom of this page. Each order is governed by the version in force when it was placed.
