Ordering & Payment

Is my item made after I order?

Yes. A production partner prints each item after your payment clears. There is no shelf of finished stock waiting to ship.

How can I pay?

Through PayPal: a PayPal account, a debit or credit card on PayPal’s form when PayPal offers it, or Pay Later when PayPal displays it. Prices are in USD. Details are on Payment Methods.

Can an order be edited once it is paid?

It can, during the first 6 hours and only before production begins. Email the order number along with the exact edit. See the Cancellation Policy.

Shipping

How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?

That depends on the destination. One table on our Shipping Policy gives production time, transit time, expected total and rate for the U.S. and for every other country. Checkout shows the shipping charge before you pay.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Yes, to most countries. The exceptions and the rules on import duties are on the Shipping Policy. International recipients pay any duties or VAT.

When do I get a tracking number?

As soon as a carrier has your parcel; the number arrives by email. You can also look the order up on our Order Status page.

Sizing

Which size fits me?

Measure a well-fitting garment of the same type on a flat surface, then find the nearest row in that blank’s table on our Size Guide. Tees, fleece, jerseys and jackets each have their own table.

Can I swap for another size?

No. Items are printed for one order, so size exchanges are not offered. Check the table before ordering, or email us your measurements and we will suggest a size.

Returns & Refunds

My item came damaged or misprinted. Now what?

Send the order number and photos no later than 30 days after delivery; you then pick reprint or refund. Do not send anything back unless we ask. Full rules: Returns & Refunds.

Can I return something I no longer want?

No. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted on made-to-order items.

Care

How should I wash printed apparel?

Turn it inside out, wash cold on a gentle cycle, and tumble dry low or hang it up. Skip bleach, and never run an iron over the printed area. The listing and the garment label give the specifics for each blank.

Can mugs go in the dishwasher?

Hand washing keeps the print sharp the longest. Check the listing for dishwasher and microwave guidance; a stainless-steel tumbler should never go in a microwave.

Custom & Bulk Orders

Can I send my own design?

No. We print only the designs in our catalog and do not accept artwork uploads. If a listing has a personalization field, the text is printed exactly as you type it.

Can I order for a group?

Yes. Add each size and quantity to the cart. For a large group order, email us first so we can confirm the sizes with you before you pay.
