Who We Are

We are a small online team that builds and maintains a catalog of printed goods. There is no stockroom of finished pieces behind this site and no retail counter. Each product page is a specification: one design, one blank, a list of sizes and colors. A physical item exists only after a customer pays for it.

What We Aim For

We try to write this site the way a factory writes a cut sheet: each measurement stated, each step named, nothing left for the buyer to guess. In practice:

• A size table for every blank, in inches and centimeters, on the Size Guide.
• A single delivery table that keeps production days and carrier days apart, on the Shipping Policy.
• Written rules for misprinted, damaged, wrong or lost items on the Returns & Refunds page.
• A reply from a person within one business day.

What We Sell

The catalog is sorted by product type:

• Apparel: T-Shirts, Hoodies & Sweatshirts, Jerseys, Ugly Sweaters, Jackets and Hawaiian Shirts.
• Headwear: Hats.
• Home & Gifts: Mugs & Tumblers and Ornaments.

Listing photos are rendered previews: our artwork laid over a picture of the blank. Expect small shifts on the real piece, such as a print riding a touch high or low, or a red that reads warmer or cooler than your monitor shows. When a listing names its blank, material or decoration method, that detail applies to that item.

How an Order Moves

Here is exactly what happens after checkout:

1. PayPal confirms your payment and the order drops into our print partner’s queue.
2. The partner prints the item, inspects it and packs it.
3. A carrier scans the parcel, and the tracking number is emailed to you.

Timing and rates by region live in one table on the Shipping Policy. An order can still be changed or cancelled within 6 hours if production has not begun; the Cancellation Policy spells out the conditions.
