Gifts and Home Items, Printed to Order
This section covers two product types: Mugs & Tumblers and Ornaments. Like everything in the catalog, each piece is printed after you order it.
Most items here are decorated by sublimation: heat moves the ink into a special coating on the surface, so the design is smooth to the touch rather than raised. Capacity, dimensions and material are listed on every product page, and there is no size table to check.
Fragile items are packed for transit, yet breakage can still happen on the way. If a mug, tumbler or ornament arrives chipped, cracked or broken, photograph it together with the box and the shipping label, then follow the steps in our Returns & Refunds policy. Broken pieces do not need to come back unless we ask for them.
Seasonal items sell within a short window; our Shipping Policy shows how long production and delivery take, so you can order in time.
