Ref. 04 Policy

Shipping Policy

Every item is produced after you order, so delivery time has two parts: production first, then carrier transit. Both parts, their total and the rate for each region sit in one table below.

Delivery Times and Rates

AddressProductionCarrier transitExpected totalRate
United States2–4 business days4–8 business days6–12 business days$6.99 for the first item, then $3.00 for each additional item
All other countries2–4 business days12–22 business days14–26 business days$15.00 for the first item, then $6.00 for each additional item

Business days run Monday to Friday and exclude U.S. federal holidays. Orders paid before 11:00 AM Eastern Time on a business day count that day as day one. We cannot ship to Sudan, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Ukraine and Cuba.

In short: expected total = production days + carrier transit days, both counted in business days.

How the count works

  • A business day is Monday through Friday. U.S. federal holidays do not count.
  • Orders paid before 11:00 AM Eastern Time on a business day count from that same day. Orders paid after the cutoff, on a weekend or on a holiday count from the next business day.
  • Production covers printing, a quality check and packing. Transit begins at the carrier’s first scan.

Shipping Costs

  • United States: $6.99 for the first item, then $3.00 for each additional item.
  • Every other country we deliver to: $15.00 for the first item, then $6.00 for each additional item.

The charge depends on two inputs only: the destination and the number of items. Product type plays no part. Checkout totals the exact shipping amount before you approve payment. We do not run fee waivers or minimum-spend shipping offers.

Carriers and Tracking

Parcels to U.S. addresses travel with USPS, UPS or FedEx; the choice depends on the parcel. International parcels go by a postal or courier service suited to the country, and the last leg is often run by the local postal operator. Each order receives a tracking number by email once a carrier holds the parcel. Progress can also be checked on our Order Status page.

Where We Do Not Ship

We cannot deliver to these countries: Sudan, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Ukraine and Cuba. Checkout offers no shipping method for addresses there, so an order to them cannot be completed.

International Customs & Duties

International orders travel DDU (delivered duties unpaid). Import duty, VAT, GST and customs handling fees are the recipient’s to pay. The destination country sets them, and the carrier usually collects them at the door. None of these charges is included in our prices or our shipping rate. If customs holds a parcel, the carrier contacts the recipient; email us with the order number and we will supply whatever paperwork we have.

Important Notes

  • Check the address before paying. We ship to the exact address typed at checkout. It can be corrected only inside the window set by our Cancellation Policy.
  • Several items, several parcels. A multi-item order may be split across two or more boxes, and every box carries a tracking number of its own.
  • Estimates, not promises. Storms, carrier backlogs and peak-season volume can stretch transit. If tracking stops moving, tell us.
  • Trouble on arrival. Damaged, wrong or lost parcels are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy.
